Rory Farrow has been active in the Boise and Northwest food scene for over 30 years as owner of the restaurants, Amore, Little Amore, Le Poulet Rouge and Please the Palate cooking tours and consulting. She is founder of Life’s Kitchen, a non-profit training center for disadvantaged youth, and soup kitchen that provides 3000 meals a week to the hungry. Many well-known chefs in Boise have passed through and been trained in her kitchens.
Rory lived in Florence, Italy for 12 months and for the past 20 years she has traveled to Italy, Mexico, Spain, and Morocco where she conducts food, wine and cooking tours specializing in those countries cuisine and culture. Her objective is to share her passion and knowledge of good food, prepared simply with you, your clients, friends and family.
Rory and her family reside in Boise, Idaho, and in (Casa Paloma) in Todos Santos, Mexico.
